Spectator Services

ATM Machines

For your convenience, ATM machines will be located on site at the following places:

  • International Pavilion
  • Ryder Cup Golf Shop (right of Hole 2)
  • Main Spectator Entrance
  • Near the Oakland Hills Clubhouse

First Aid Stations

Three First Aid Stations are located on-site at the Ryder Cup. They can be found in the following areas:

  • Clubhouse Parking Lot
  • Main Spectator Entrance
  • Near the Green on Hole 5

If medical assistance is needed, please notify the nearest Ryder Cup volunteer. They will be easily identified by their uniform. Please provide an accurate description of the location where first aid is required. For example, left of #4 tee. It could save a life!

Information Stations

There are four Information Stations located throughout the Ryder Cup grounds. These stations will provide information regarding the site and local area attractions, restaurants, etc. The Information Stations can be found in the following locations:

  • Main Spectator Entrance
  • Clubhouse Entrance
  • Gilbert Lake Road Walk-In Entrance
  • Red Maple Lane Walk-In Entrance

Lost & Found

Lost & Found is located at the Information Station at the Main Spectator Entrance.

Lost Children

All lost children will be taken to the Ryder Cup Office located in the modular trailers on the North Course just before the spectator bridge.

Methods of Payment

Cash must be used at all outdoor concession and beverage stands. Credit cards and cash are accepted in the International Pavilion. Credit cards, travelers checks, debit cards and cash are accepted in The Ryder Cup Golf Shop. Only Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit/debit cards are accepted.

Commemorative Photographs

Throughout Ryder Cup Week, there will be roaming spectator photographers available to provide you with commemorative photographs for a fee. These professional photographers can be found in the following locations:

  • Ryder Cup Market Place
  • International Pavilion
  • Around the Clubhouse

Ryder Cup Journals

The official 35th Ryder Cup Matches Journal contains a description of each hole, in addition to various stories regarding the game of golf, the history of The Ryder Cup Matches, and much more. This journal can be purchased for $10 at the following locations:

  • Ryder Cup Golf Shop (right of Hole 2)
  • Clubhouse Entrance
  • Gilbert Lake Road Walk-In Entrance
  • Red Maple Lane Walk-In Entrance

Will Call

There will be no general spectator Will Call at The Ryder Cup Matches. Please do not plan to leave tickets for pick-up at The Ryder Cup Matches site. It is your responsibility to distribute or obtain your tickets prior to arriving at Oakland Hills Country Club.
