2010 Ryder Cup

Ryder Cup Ticketing Frequently Asked Questions

How do I purchase tickets for The 2010 Ryder Cup?
Tickets to The 2010 Ryder Cup were allocated by way of two ballots, the second of which closed at Midnight on Wednesday 21st April.

Why is there a ballot system?
Demand for tickets to  The Ryder Cup increases at each Match with more people than ever applying for tickets in 2006. As a result, a ballot has been chosen as the fairest way to distribute our tickets.

Will I need to send in a photograph?
In order to facilitate entry to the event, all public tickets will have the photograph of the person who has applied for their ticket. This will also meet the strict security requirements set by the security authorities and ensure that the public tickets remain in public hands. You will only be required to send in a photograph if your entry into the ballot is successful.

How do I update my details?
If you would like to update any of your details currently registered in the ballot please click here.

What do I do if I've lost or forgotten my registration ID?

What if my application code isn't recognised?

What happens if I select the wrong day?
Please ensure that you check your selections as once you have submitted your entry you will be unable to amend your selections.

How will I know if I have submitted my entry for the ballot?
Once you have submitted your entry you will receive an email confirmation (or a letter if we do not hold an email address for you) confirming your selections. If you do not receive this confirmation and wish to check your selections please contact us by emailing rydercup@seetickets.com or call the Customer Service Team on 0871 230 1086.

How many tickets can I apply for?
You may apply for a maximum of four tickets (one for yourself and one each for up to three guests). You can apply for a single day ticket or one of the multi-day series tickets. Each individual must be named and will require a photo to be uploaded which will be printed on their ticket.

How much will tickets cost?
The ticket prices are detailed on the ballot registration landing page -- www.seetickets.com/rydercup.

When will I find out if I am successful in the ballot?
