We are now coming to a great series of holes. These next three holes are excellent and will be right in the heart of each and every match. The second shot here plays uphill so there can be the tendency for the approach shots to come up short if you are not careful especially, once again, in October. Because it will be a little colder and because we are down in a valley at sea level, the ball will not fly as far. I'll be telling my players to be careful here because when I have played The Celtic Manor Wales Open, my second shot has come up short on numerous occasions and the lake that borders the front of the green is ready and waiting to swallow the ball.
