Corporate Hospitality Chalets

A limited number of private hospitality chalets will be located within a variety of well designed Corporate Villages on the grounds of Medinah Country Club. Depending upon the size, your reserved chalet can accommodate 50, 100 or 150 guests each day of this distinguished international competition. Larger chalets accommodating up to 300 guests a day are also available and will be placed as stand-alone venues throughout the course.
 
A chalet package includes admission to the grounds, access to your private entertainment venue, breakfast and lunch buffets, afternoon snacks, a variety of desserts, an open bar with an assortment of quality liquors (Wed-Sun) and parking on the grounds. Tickets for Grounds Only access is offered on Tuesday of Ryder Cup Week. Your guests will enjoy access to upgraded restroom facilities, a business center and a host of other amenities.

Ryder Cup staff is available to assist your company to make the most of your Ryder Cup Week should you choose to tailor menus, customize decor or purchase dual-branded merchandise.

The Captains Club

The Captains Club, an exclusive, climate-controlled pavilion, offers each purchaser a reserved 10-person table on the grounds of Medinah Country Club. The Captains Club is the ideal venue for entertaining a smaller group of valued customers, perspective clients or top-performing employees in a high-energy, business networking environment. Guests have easy access to witness live golf or the option of watching from large-screen televisions while relaxing in the comfort of the well-appointed Captains Club.

Each Captains Club package includes admission to the grounds, access to your reserved table, delectable buffets and a full premium bar (Wed-Sun). Tickets for Grounds Only access is provided for Tuesday of Ryder Cup Week. Three preferred parking passes for each day are provided with each table. Multiple tables may be purchased.

Samuel Ryder Club

The Samuel Ryder Club offers individuals a premium on-site experience inside the grandeur of Medinah’s exquisite clubhouse.  A Samuel Ryder Club ticket will allow access to the Ryder Cup grounds on the day specified, as well as admission to the Samuel Ryder Club.  Breakfast and lunch buffets, afternoon desserts and hors d'oeuvres and an open bar with an assortment of premium brand liquors are included with your ticket price.  Open table seating and casual seating areas are offered in this club area.   Flat-screen televisions, premium restroom facilities, and first class service make the Samuel Ryder Club an ideal venue for entertaining your most important customers, prospective clients, top-performing employees, honored guests, as well as family and friends.  On-site parking and a copy of the official Ryder Cup Program are also included.  

A limited number of daily Samuel Ryder Club tickets are available Wednesday through Sunday of Ryder Cup Week.  Wednesday is $600 per person; Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are sold out.

Abe Mitchell Club

Similar to the Samuel Ryder Club, the Abe Mitchell Club offers individuals a premium on-site experience on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday.  This club is located on course in the Worcester Village along the left side of Hole 18.  An Abe Mitchell Club ticket will allow access to the Ryder Cup grounds on the day specified, as well as admission to the Abe Mitchell Club.  Breakfast and lunch buffets, afternoon desserts and hors d'oeuvres and an open bar with an assortment of premium brand liquors are included with your ticket price.  Open table seating is offered in this club area.   Flat-screen televisions, nearby premium restroom facilities, and first class service make the Abe Mitchell Club an ideal venue for entertaining clients or going with friends.  On-site parking and a copy of the official Ryder Cup Program are also included.

Thursday is $800 per person, Friday is $1,600 per person, Saturday is $1,600 and Sunday is $1,800.
