What is the deadline for creating a ticket account?

Registrations for tickets accounts are now closed. 

Are tickets on sale? 

Tickets went on sale at 2pm BST on Wednesday 4 October 2017. Due to high demand, match day tickets are currently unavailable. 

How can I buy tickets?

There are only three ways to buy your Ryder Cup ticket:

1. Through the General Admission ticket sale.

Who can I buy tickets for?

You can buy up to four tickets per day and eight tickets per order. Orders are limited to one per ticket account. 

All ticket applications will be required to provide their full name, date of birth, email address, city of birth and nationality at the time of purchase.

When do I need to pay for the tickets?

You will need to pay the for your tickets at the time of purchase. 

How can I pay for tickets?

You can pay using Visa & Mastercard debit cards, or Visa, Mastercard and American Express Credit Cards.

Is there a limit to the amount of ticket accounts I can create?

Yes, each person can only create one ticket account. 

Should I buy tickets from unauthorised sellers?

Please note Ryder Cup 2018 Commercial Limited is the only provider of Official Ticket and Ticket Inclusive Packages to The 2018 Ryder Cup. If you have already purchased tickets any other way please check with us that they are official tickets by clicking here.

Does a ticket account guarantee that I can buy a ticket? 

No the creation and completion of a ticket account does not guarantee that you will be able to buy a ticket. Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis to ticket account holders. Due to demand not every person will be able to buy a ticket. All tickets are sold subject to availability. 

How do I get to The Ryder Cup?

We have lots of transport options available to Ryder Cup spectators to make getting to and from the course the as easy as possible, so you don’t miss a moment of action. Please visit rydercup.com/transport for more information.

Can I book a 1st Tee Grandstand seat?

Yes. For the first time, you will be able to purchase an allocated seat in the grandstand with a view of the most iconic 1st tee in golf. Grandstand tickets are available for all three match days and can be added to your transaction when you buy your tickets.

Can I transfer my tickets?

No. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

How can I book accommodation?

We offer Official Ticket & Accommodation Packages. To find out more visit the Ryder Cup Travel Services website or email enquiries@rcts.co.uk.

Can I buy my transport or parking tickets at the same time as my tickets?

Yes. When purchasing your tickets, you will be able to add either Park & Ride tickets or a Ryder Cup Travel Card to your purchase. For more information on these options, please visit rydercup.com/transport

Are family tickets available?

No. Tickets can only be purchased for individuals. In addition, the minimum age limit for entry is 6 years old. All under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Under 16 ticket prices for Tues - Thurs are €10 per day and full price for Match Days.

Are there ID requirements to enter the event?

Yes. All ticket applicants will be required to provide their full name, date of birth, city of birth and nationality

When will I get my tickets?

All tickets will be held back for delivery until Summer 2018. Full details for all ticket purchasers will be sent in due course.

How can I book mobility access tickets?

We have dedicated ticket and travel options for those with mobility issues.

For registered blue badge holders travelling by car there will be dedicated parking spaces at the front of PR2, PR3 and PR4.

For wheelchair users travelling by car, we have a limited amount of on-site parking spaces.  Please contact rydercup@europeantour.com to register your interest. 

For blue badge holders and wheelchair users travelling by train you must travel to Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines where there will be a shuttle bus to take you to Le Golf National. Please note disability access at Massy-Palaiseau Station cannot be guaranteed.

Event Mobility will be providing electric scooters and manual wheelchairs for the use of disabled, elderly and mobility impaired visitors at The 2018 Ryder Cup.

To reserve an electric scooter or manual wheelchair you can book online at www.eventmobility.org.uk, print out an advance booking form from the website or contact the office on 01386 725391 to request a form to be posted to you.  The charity asks £25 for an electric scooter and £10 for a manual wheelchair.  Please be aware that advance bookings cannot be made by phone and that there are a limited number of scooters and wheelchairs available for each day.

The site will offer access to those with mobility issues, including viewing areas and disabled toilet facilities.
