The fifth episode of the ‘Countdown to The Ryder Cup’ will air on Wednesday September 28 - just three days out from the 41st edition of golf’s greatest team event – as Darren Clarke’s European team vie for an unprecedented fourth consecutive Ryder Cup victory.
The half-hour programme will be shown on Sky Sports 4, the dedicated Ryder Cup Channel for the entire tournament in the UK, at 8.30pm with multiple repeats in the evening and across the following two days.
Episode five recounts the roller coaster ride of the past 18 months for Team Europe, the preparations in place ahead of the first tee and the challenges faced looking ahead to the task that awaits them in Hazeltine.
