Sept. 22-28, 2025 Bethpage Black Course, Farmingdale, NY

Brooks Koepka may not have won the Fort Worth Invitational on Sunday, but he helped himself in the Ryder Cup USA standings with a strong second place finish.

Koepka shot 17-under for the tournament and finished only behind Justin Rose. He jumped from seventh to fifth in the Ryder Cup standings, leapfrogging Bubba Watson and Rickie Fowler, who each dropped a spot. Koepka was playing the best golf of his career around this time in 2017, when he won the U.S. Open in June. It will be fascinating to see if he can crack the top four of the Ryder Cup USA standings soon.

Another winner this week was Kevin Na, who finished fourth at the Fort Worth Invitational and rose 10 spots to No. 26 in the Ryder Cup USA standings. The 34-year-old has never participated in a Ryder Cup, and while he still has a lot of ground to cover in order of crack the lineup, he’s within striking distance.

While the names are ordered differently, the top 12 players are the same as last week.

Masters champ Patrick Reed is still leading the way. Justin Thomas is No. 2, followed by Dustin Johnson at No. 3 and Jordan Spieth at No. 4. Koepka, Watson and Fowler shuffled in spots five through seven.

The were no significant movers beyond Na and Koepka. Spots 8-25 are the same as last week.

U.S. players will continue to gain points in 2018 at every non-opposite PGA Tour event, WGC and major through the 100th PGA Championship at Bellerive, concluding on August 12, 2018.

At that time, Captain Jim Furyk will have his first eight players -- automatic qualifiers.

The four remaining slots on the U.S. Team will be Captain's Selections. Three selections will be announced by Captain Jim Furyk following the Dell Technologies Championship scheduled to be completed on Sept. 3, 2018, and the final selection will be announced after the BMW Championship, which is slated to be completed on Sept. 9, 2018.

Here's how players will earn points in 2018.
