Represented Europe four times, playing a leading role in The 2014 Ryder Cup at Gleneagles, when the Englishman formed a formidable partnership with Henrik Stenson over the first two days. The duo were undefeated and claimed four points out of a possible five as Europe cruised to a 16 ½ – 11 ½ victory. Arguably the 35 year old’s finest Ryder Cup moment came at Medinah in 2012, when he secured a vital point in the Sunday Singles against Phil Mickelson. Rose won back-to-back in 2017, at the WGC-HSBC Champions and Turkish Airlines Open, to take his European Tour trophy haul to ten.
