Jim Furyk is making his eighth consecutive start in a Ryder Cup thanks to a captain's pick from Davis Love III. Furyk lost in a playoff at the Transitions Championship early in 2012, tied for fourth in the U.S. Open and finished in a tie for second at the WGC-Bridgeston Invitational after a double bogey on the 72nd hole.
