When you think of The Ryder Cup, no doubt the first thing that comes to your mind is three days of pulsating match play golf, liberally peppered with clutch putts and momentum swings. Whilst this is undoubtedly the hallmark of golf’s greatest team contest, there is much more to a Ryder Cup Week than you may have realised…have a look at our schedule below to make sure you make the most of your time at The 2018 Ryder Cup.

Day 1: Tuesday 
The teams get their first opportunity to practice on the hallowed turf of Le Golf National, before some of the most famous names from sport & entertainment take to the fairways in The Ryder Cup Celebrity Match.

Adults (17+) - €45.00, Junior (6-16) - €10.00

Day 2: Wednesday
While the players ramp up their practice on the course, it’s a day for fans to focus on their own game. With clinics, instruction and Q&As with past Ryder Cup players and Captains, there’s something for everyone, from absolute beginner to lifelong devotee. Wednesday also sees the future stars of the game take to Le Golf National, in The Junior Ryder Cup Friendship Match.

Day 3: Thursday 
The last chance for the players to practice, before the much-anticipated opening ceremony and the pairings for Friday are announced. All of this will be followed by the inaugural Ryder Cup Musical Festival – the biggest concert ever seen at a Ryder Cup.

Day 4: Friday
The first day of competition and a bucket-list moment for sports fans. Nothing in golf can compare to the atmosphere of a Ryder Cup first tee and that’s followed by a day full of fierce fourball and foursomes competition between some of the world’s best golfers.

Day 5: Saturday 
Competition is now in full flow, with both teams desperate to ensure they take a strong position into the final day. Fans will be able to witness a full day of great match-play action as the players take part in the second day of fourball and foursomes matches.

Day 6: Sunday
The conclusion. It all comes down to this. 12 singles matches to determine who will win The 42nd Ryder Cup.
