Callixte Alzas, 17, France
Alzas, who is making his Junior Ryder Cup debut, is the top ranked player in the U18 European Amateur Golf Rankings, and sits second on the European Amateur Golf Rankings. The winner of the recent English Boys’ U18 Open Amateur Stroke Play Championship (Carris Trophy), Alzas also finished second in the Grand Prix de Moliets 2025 in March, sixth in the The Amateur Championship in June and fifth in the R&A Boys’ Amateur Championship in August. He topped the male Junior Ryder Cup Order of Merit to secure his place in New York. He has committed to the University of California, Berkeley for 2026.Sara Brentcheneff, 18, France
Brentcheneff currently sits tenth in the European Women’s Amateur Golf Rankings, second in the European Girls’ Amateur Golf Ranking, 37th in the World Amateur Golf Ranking, and topped the girls Junior Ryder Cup Order of Merit. An impressive season included a runner up finish at the Portuguese International Ladies’ Amateur Championship followed by a tied third-place finish at the Spanish International Ladies’ Amateur Championship. Brentcheneff, who was part of Europe’s Junior Solheim Cup team in 2024, also secured a fifth-place finish at the European Ladies’ Amateur Championship earlier this year.Benedicte Brent-Petersen, 18, Denmark
Brent-Petersen, who sits seventh in the European Women’s Amateur Golf Rankings, is making her Junior Ryder Cup debut following a stellar year where she claimed the European Nations Cup – Copa Sotogrande. Having made her first appearance in the Junior Solheim in 2024, Brent-Peterson has steadily climbed the rankings, and hasn’t finished worse than a tie for 17th in 2025.Oscar Couilleau, 17, France
Making his Junior Ryder Cup debut after being selected as a Captain’s pick, Couilleau currently sits in 29th in the European Amateur Golf Rankings following a year where he won on both sides of the Atlantic. An enviable start to the year saw him record three top fives in his first three starts, before Couilleau went on to claim the Grand Prix de Saint Nom 2025 in May with a final round 66. It was the first of two titles this year, recently winning the Monroe Invitational title held at Golf Club in New York to help secure his spot in Gallacher’s side. He is also the youngest French player to have ever made a start on the PGA Tour.John Doyle, 18, Ireland
Making his debut, Doyle currently sits second and third respectively behind Alzas in the U18 European Amateur Golf Rankings and European Amateur Men’s Golf Rankings. Selected as a Captain’s Pick, Doyle has enjoyed an exceptional season, winning in Ireland twice at the Flogas Irish Boy's Amateur Open Championship 2025 and the Munster Men's Stroke Play Amateur Open Championship 2025. With runner up finishes at the St Andrews Links Trophy and English U18s (Carris Trophy) 2025 and a sixth place finish in August at the R&A Boys' Amateur Championship 2025, Doyle secured his Junior Ryder Cup Debut. A week later, he enjoyed his first DP World Tour start at this year’s Amgen Irish Open.Lev Grinberg, 17, Ukraine
Grinberg is one of two returning players from the 2023 Junior Ryder Cup, qualiyfing after an impressive campaign which included a tied second-place finish at the German International Amateur Boys’ Championship in May. The Ukrainian, who made history as the second-youngest player to make a cut on the DP World Tour at the 2022 Soudal Open in Belgium at age 14, returns to Gallacher’s side having played a key part in Europe’s record 11-point victory over the United States at Marco Simone Golf and Country Club in Rome two years ago. He helped secure two points for the 2023 side, with a record of 1-1-2.Kris Kim, 17, England
Making his second Junior Ryder Cup appearance, Kim returns to Gallacher’s team following a steady season that included
a fifth place finish at the Spanish Amateur Copa S M El Rey, a ninth place finish at the English Amateur Men’s Championship, a tie for 15th at the St Andrews Links Trophy and a tie for 17th at The Amateur Championship. Following a breakout 2023 that included three individual titles and an undefeated appearance at the Junior Ryder Cup in Rome with 3.5 points, Kim made history as the youngest European player to make a cut on the PGA TOUR at The CJ Cup Byron Nelson at the age of 16 in 2024. This year, he has also enjoyed a handful of starts in the professional ranks, with five starts on the Hotel Planner Tour this season, as well as making his second PGA Tour appearance at the CJ Cup Byron Nelson. His best finish was a tie for 13th on the Clutch Pro Tour.Alice Kong, 15, France
Selected as a Captain’s pick, Kong will make her rookie appearance in New York. The highlight of her season was a victory on the LET Access Series, with a play-off victory at the Amundi Czech Ladies Challenge. She had three further top tens on that Tour, as well as claiming the Internationaux de France U21 on the amateur circuit. Another member of the 2024 Junior Solheim Cup team, Kong was one of the only members to record a full point in 2024. She also proved herself to be a prolific team player in the 2024 Junior Vagliano Trophy, earning four points from four matches.Hugo Le Goff, 17, France
Le Goff, who currently sits tenth on the European Men’s Amateur Golf Rankings, finished tied eighth at the Portuguese International Amateur Championship at the start of the year, before claiming victory at the Spanish International Amateur Championship in March. Two events later, Le Goff topped the leaderboard again to claim the Lytham Trophy, helping to secure his place in Europe’s Junior Ryder Cup side for the first time. Last month, he recorded a further top ten at The Western Amateur Championship, and recently announced he has committed to Virginia University.Nagore Martinez, 17, Spain
Making her Junior Ryder Cup debut after securing a Captain’s pick, Martinez is fifth in the European Girls’ Amateur Golf Ranking. She began her year with two standout victories on home soil at the Copa de Andalucia 2025 in January and the Spanish International Women's Amateur (Copa S. M. La Reina) 2025. With five more top tens to her name that include a third place finish at the recent Girls Amateur Championship in Wales, its been a successful year for the Spaniard, who was also part of the Spanish team that claimed the European Girls’ Team Championship. At the end of 2024, she announced that she is verbally committed to the University of Arizona for 2026.Charlotte Naughton, 17, England
Naughton, who is sixth in the European Girls’ Amateur Golf Ranking, secured the final automatic qualification spot to make her first start in a Junior Ryder Cup. Naughton made history earlier this year as she became the first English champion of the German International Amateur Girls Championship earlier this year and finished runner-up recently at the The R&A Girls’ Amateur Championship.Louise Uma Landgraf, 16, France
Making her Junior Ryder Cup debut, Uma Landgraf has tasted success twice in 2025, firstly winning the Portuguese International Ladies’ Amateur Championship in January before adding the Flogas Irish Women’s Amateur Open Championship in June. In 2023, she made history as the youngest player to win on a women’s professional golf tour at the Terre Blance Ladies Open on the LET Access Series. Another member of the European 2024 Junior Solheim Cup team, where she won 1.5 points (the highest points earner on Team Europe), Uma Landgraf also represented France at the Junior Vagliano Trophy alongside (2024), where she won three points.
