GENERAL INFORMATION
Q: What are the gate hours during Ryder Cup week?

A: Tuesday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM | Friday-Saturday: 6:00 AM - 6:45 PM | Sunday: 7:30 AM - 6:45 PM. Further information on the schedule of events during Ryder Cup week can be found in the Spectator Guide here.

Q: Will I be able to use cash to purchase items at the event?

A: No, this will be a cashless event, requiring the use of credit/debit cards only.

Q: I no longer wish to attend the Ryder Cup. What are my options?

A: If your plans have changed and you can no longer attend the Ryder Cup, we recommend listing tickets on the Official Ryder Cup Ticket Exchange powered by On Location.

Q: What time will the teams be competing throughout the week?

TICKETING
Q: When will I receive my tickets?

A: All ticket orders have shipped. If you purchased tickets directly from the PGA of America and do not receive your order by your date of attendance, please visit the Admissions Office at the Main Spectator Entrance any day of Ryder Cup week OR between the hours of 9:00am - 6:00pm on September 18, 19 or 20, during the Grand Opening of the Ryder Cup Shops, to pick up your tickets. Parking & transportation information can be found here.

Please be prepared to present a copy of your order confirmation and identification at the Admissions Office.

If you posted your tickets for sale on Primesport (On Location) or bought your tickets through Primesport (On Location), please contact them directly for assistance. They can be reached at 800-591-9198.

Q: How can I manage my ticket account? (Update my shipping address, confirm the tickets I’ve purchased, etc.)

A: Manage your ticket account HERE

  • Login with your email and password (or via your Facebook login). If you cannot remember your password, please use the Forgot Password? feature to reset it.
  • Click on your 2020 Ryder Cup ticket order and use the following features:

    • Items to view the tickets in your account
    • Delivery to view and update your shipping address. 
    • Email Receipt to send an order confirmation to your email.

Q: Can I track my ticket mailing?

A: Yes. Once your tickets have been mailed, you will receive an email from tickets@festivalticketing.com containing tracking information. You can also find tracking information within your ticket account HERE.

Q. What if my home country is prohibited from traveling to the United States?

A: While plans remain in place to conduct the 43rd Ryder Cup with full-spectator attendance, we understand the impact that the COVID-19 pandemic continues to have on international travel.

If you purchased tickets directly from PGA of America and are officially prohibited from traveling to and from the United States you are entitled to a refund. Please check your email inbox for a communication from support@festivalticketing.com and carefully read the information contained within. If you cannot locate this email and are prohibited from traveling between your home country and the United States, please contact the Ticket Support Team at 855-295-9887 or tickets@rydercup.com to request a refund of your ticket order by Friday, September 3, 2021.

Please note, for spectators from countries that are permitted to travel to and from the United States, the existing Ryder Cup Refund Policy remains in effect.

Q: How do I obtain military tickets?

A: To honor the men and women who serve our country in the United States Armed Forces, The Ryder Cup is pleased to offer Active Duty, Military Retirees*, Active Reserve, National Guard and their accompanying spouse/partner complimentary grounds tickets during the Practice Days, Tuesday through Thursday, regardless of a sell-out. Complimentary military tickets do not gain access into private hospitality areas or the International Pavilion presented by Michelob ULTRA, but are eligible for the junior policy. Tickets will be picked up at the Admissions Office onsite at the Ryder Cup main entrance on the day of admission. Military ID and photo ID required for pickup.

Q: Do you have a policy for junior tickets?

A: Kids (“juniors”) 17 years of age and younger receive free admittance onto the grounds when accompanied by a ticketed adult on Practice Days, Tuesday through Thursday, regardless of event sell-out. There is a maximum of two (2) free juniors per ticketed adult. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday each junior must have a paid ticket to enter the grounds. Junior tickets do not gain access into private hospitality areas or the International Pavilion presented by Michelob ULTRA. Free junior tickets must be collected onsite at the Admissions Office at the Ryder Cup main entrance on the day of admission. No advance registration is necessary.

Q: What if I listed my tickets on the Official Ryder Cup Ticket Exchange?

A: If you have a listing on the Official Ticket Exchange and your tickets have not yet sold, your listing was automatically updated to reflect the new 2021 event dates. If you have a listing and your tickets have already sold, please be aware that you are still required to fulfill your obligation to the ticket purchaser and deliver the tickets for the new 2021 event dates.

Q: What if I purchased tickets or a travel package from PRIMESPORT (On Location)?

A: If you secured your access to the 43rd Ryder Cup through On Location (PRIMESPORT), we recommend connecting with a member of the On Location team, please call 800-591-9198 or email customerservice@primesport.com.

Q: What if I purchased tickets from an entity other than the PGA of America or PRIMESPORT (On Location)?

A: If your ticket was purchased from a secondary market website other than rydercup.com, please contact that site directly.

TRAVEL & TRANSPORTATION
Q: Where can I park?

A: All parking is on-site and complimentary for Ryder Cup ticket holders. Additional information on parking and preferred traffic routes can be found in the Spectator Guide here.

Q: Will I be able to attend the event using Rideshare services?

A: Spectators electing to utilize any rideshare services must be picked up and dropped off at the Ryder Cup’s Official Rideshare lot located at 5300 WI-42, Sheboygan, WI, 53083. Additional information can be found in the Spectator Guide here.
