RYDER CUP ATTENDEE CODE OF CONDUCT

For All Attendees Attending or Supporting the Ryder Cup

The Ryder Cup is one of golf’s most storied competitions, where passion, patriotism, and sportsmanship come together on a global stage. As a supporter of USA, Europe, or simply the game of golf, you are expected to uphold the highest standards of conduct and courtesy.

RESPECT THE GAME

  • Honor the traditions and customs of golf, including silence during shots, respectful applause, and fair play.
  • Avoid disruptive behavior, including heckling, taunting, or intentional distraction of players.
  • Recognize that golf is a game of integrity; your conduct reflects on the team(s) you support and the event itself.

RESPECT EACH OTHER

  • Celebrate your team with pride, but never at the expense of others.
  • Avoid abusive, obscene, or discriminatory language or gestures.
  • Treat fellow attendees, players, officials, volunteers, and staff with courtesy—regardless of nationality.

CHEER WITH CLASS

  • Show your passion positively. Chants, cheers, and songs should be respectful and uplifting.
  • Celebrate great play from both teams. Sportsmanship is not partisan; it’s universal.
  • Alcohol should be enjoyed responsibly. Intoxication, aggression, or harassment is unacceptable.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

  • Discrimination, hate speech, or harassment based on race, gender, nationality, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other identity will not be tolerated. Violators will be removed from the premises and subject to further penalties, including bans from future events.
  • Attendees consuming alcohol should do so in a responsible manner. Overly intoxicated attendees will be removed from the premises and subject to further penalties, including bans from future events.

WE ARE ALL AMBASSADORS

As spectators, we are integral to the Ryder Cup's legacy. Our behavior shapes the experience for players, their families, and spectators worldwide. Let's work together to ensure the Ryder Cup remains a true celebration of golf, unity, and international respect.

MILITARY ADMISSION POLICY

Military tickets must be claimed in advance via govx and will not be offered day of at the Box Office.

In honor of the men and women serving our country in the Armed Forces, the Ryder Cup is pleased to offer complimentary daily grounds access to verified military personnel, Active Duty, Retirees, Veterans, Reserve, and National Guard, and one accompanying guest on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of Ryder Cup Week. Complimentary military tickets do not gain access to private hospitality areas or the International Pavilion but are eligible for the junior policy. Tickets are digital and will appear in the SeatGeek ticket account associated with the email used in the registration on the morning of the event. The military member and accompanying guest must arrive together with tickets on the same mobile device, as the tickets are nontransferrable.

EVENT CANCELLATION / WEATHER POLICY

There shall be no refunds, rain checks, exchanges or replacement of tickets if at least three (3) cumulative hours of play are held on the day specified on this ticket.
