World No. 1 Dustin Johnson increased his ever-growing lead in the 2018 Ryder Cup USA points race with a T12 in the Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass on Sunday.
Johnson is currently just shy of 1,200 points ahead of Matt Kuchar, who is next-best in the standings.
The biggest mover in the top 10 this week came courtesy of Brendan Steele. He jumped form No. 20 to No. 9 thanks to his T6 at TPC Sawgrass that included a final-round, 4-under 68.
Brooks Koepka improved two spots, up to No. 5, with his T16 in the Players Championship.
The next point-getting opportunity for 2017 comes in one month at the U.S. Open.
The points process for the American team will conclude on August 12, 2018, following the 100th PGA Championship at Bellerive Country Club in St. Louis, with the top eight players on the points list securing spots on the U.S. Team.
