Hailee Cooper, 16, a Junior at Montgomery High School in Texas, is the No. 3 player in the Golfweek rankings; won the 2016 U.S. Women’s Four-ball Championship; advanced to the Sweet 16 of the U.S. Girls’ Junior; advanced to the Round of 32 in the U.S. Women’s Amateur; and finished T-8 at the 2016 Junior PGA Championship.
