Patrick Welch, 16, of Providence, R.I., a Junior at Classical High School, was an age group winner at the inaugural Drive, Chip, and Putt Championship at Augusta National Golf Club. Welch, who advanced to the round of 64 at the U.S. Junior Amateur, secured his spot on United States Junior Ryder Cup Team with his Runner-up finish at the 2016 Junior PGA Championship, at Wannamoisett Country Club in Rumford, R.I.
