Admissions Policies

Admission
Tickets and/or credentials, in the form provided by The Professional Golfers’ Association of America (“PGA”) or its subsidiary PGA Tournament Corporation, Inc. (“PTC”), will be required for admission into the Ryder Cup. Please retain your ticket or credential at all times as security personnel will not allow admission into the event for individuals without an appropriate ticket or credential. Please do not tamper or interfere with the admission technology on, or within, the ticket or credential. PGA/PTC is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and/or credentials.

Military Admission Policy
To honor the men and women who serve our country in the United States Armed Forces, The Ryder Cup is pleased to offer Active Duty, Military Retirees*, Active Reserve, National Guard and their accompanying spouse/partner complimentary grounds tickets during the Practice Days, Tuesday through Thursday, regardless of event sell-out. Complimentary military tickets do not gain access into private hospitality areas or the International Pavilion presented by Michelob ULTRA, but are eligible for the junior policy. Tickets will be picked up at the Admissions Office onsite at the Ryder Cup main entrance on the day of admission. Military ID and photo ID required for pickup.

Please visit HERE to register for complimentary military tickets.

(*Career-retired with twenty years of qualifying military service and Department of Defense ID)
Junior Admission Policy
Kids (“juniors”) 17 years of age and younger receive free admittance onto the grounds when accompanied by a ticketed adult on Practice Days, Tuesday through Thursday, regardless of event sell-out. There is a maximum of two (2) free juniors per ticketed adult. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday each junior must have a paid ticket to enter the grounds. Junior tickets do not gain access into private hospitality areas or the International Pavilion presented by Michelob ULTRA. Free junior tickets must be collected onsite at the Admissions Office at the Ryder Cup main entrance on the day of admission. No advance registration is necessary.
Re-Admission Policy
There will be no daily re-entry to the grounds. If you leave the grounds, you must have an unscanned ticket/credential to return to the Ryder Cup. All admission tickets issued by the PGA granting access to the Ryder Cup are licenses that may be revoked by the PGA or the PTC in their sole discretion for any reason or no reason at all. Once your ticket has been scanned, it will no longer provide admission. The only exception is when the Weather Warning signs have been posted.
Refund Policy
There shall be no refunds, exchanges or replacement of tickets except as provided for in the following Event Cancelation / Weather Policy.
Event Cancellation / Weather Policy
There shall be no refunds, rain checks, exchanges or replacement of tickets if at least three (3) cumulative hours of play are held on the day specified on this ticket. If there are fewer than three (3) cumulative hours of play on the day specified on this ticket, PTC and the PGA reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to provide ticket holder with one of the following: (i) a full refund, (ii) a partial refund, or (iii) the opportunity to attend a rescheduled event or exchange this ticket for a comparable ticket to a different day in the Ryder Cup. To the extent that this ticket provides entrance into an upgraded spectator facility that is not otherwise available to the general Ryder Cup attendees, any refund or ticket exchange shall be limited to the portion of the ticket that provides access to the grounds, unless the upgraded spectator facility that is not otherwise available to the general Ryder Cup attendees was not available on the originally scheduled date for at least three (3) hours.
