Sept. 22-28, 2025 Bethpage Black Course, Farmingdale, NY

Tiger Woods has cracked the top 30 in the Ryder Cup USA standings, improving 11 spots to 28th, after finishing tied for fourth at The National. It was Tiger's second-best finish this season, behind only his second-place finish at the Valspar Championship in March.

Ryan Armour, the top American finisher at The National who placed second behind champion Francesco Molinari, was the biggest mover of the week as he climbed 34 spots to 47th.

Bronson Burgoon's tied-for-sixth-place finish at The National allowed him to improve by 28 spots to 88th.

There was no movement in the top 15 of the Ryder Cup USA standings. The top eight golfers in the standings are Brooks Koepka, Dustin Johnson, Patrick Reed, Justin Thomas, Bubba Watson, Jordan Spieth, Rickie Fowler and Bryson Dechambeau. Webb Simpson is currently the first golfer on the outside of the bubble at No. 9 in the standings.

U.S. players will continue to gain points in 2018 at every non-opposite PGA Tour event, WGC and major through the 100th PGA Championship at Bellerive, concluding on August 12, 2018.

At that time, Captain Jim Furyk will have his first eight players – automatic qualifiers.

The four remaining slots on the U.S. Team will be Captain's Selections. Three selections will be announced by Captain Jim Furyk following the Dell Technologies Championship scheduled to be completed on Sept. 3, 2018, and the final selection will be announced after the BMW Championship, which is slated to be completed on Sept. 9, 2018.
