A mecca of public golf located on Long Island outside of New York City, Bethpage State Park features 5 impressive 18-hole golf courses, with the Black Course as the crown jewel. Designed by famed golden-age architect A.W. Tillinghast, Bethpage Black first opened for play in the spring of 1936. While this is the course's first time hosting a Ryder Cup, Bethpage Black has hosted numerous Major Championships including the 2019 PGA Championship.
With its lengthy golf history, tough but fair design and proximity to New York City, Bethpage Black will be an epic site for the Ryder Cup in 2025.
