The French postal services La Poste has issued a stamp and a minisheet to commemorate The 2018 Ryder Cup, golf’s greatest team contest, which takes place at Le Golf National in ‎Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, Paris from 25th – 30th September, 2018.

As The 2018 Ryder Cup fast approaches, the stamp was unveiled for the first time during the HNA Open de France in the presence of Mrs Laura Flessel, French Minister of Sport, Mr. JeanMichel Fourgous, President of Saint-Quentinen-Yvelines, Richards Hills, Ryder Cup Europe Director, Gilles Livchitz, Director of Phil@poste, Pascal Grizot, President of The 2018 Ryder Cup France Committee and JeanLou Charon, President of the French Golf Federation. 

The first French player to win The Ryder Cup in 2004, Thomas Levet, was also on hand for this event alongside 2018 European Junior Ryder Captain Maïtena Alsuguren.
